We’re listed on Airbnb, Booking, and Vrbo. Those platforms charge between 15% and 22% in combined host and guest fees. Booking on this site skips that entirely — same compound, same dates, lower number on the invoice.

What changes when you book direct:

• The rate you see is the rate you pay. No service fees, no host fees.
• You’re paying the people who own the property. Not a payment processor that deducts and remits.
• Cancellation is set by us, not the platform. Free up to thirty days, partial up to seven.
• Add-ons (chef, transfers, massages) are billed at our cost, not concierge-marked-up.
• If a problem comes up, you message us. We can act. Platform reps can’t.

What stays the same:The Compound, the team, the cleaning standard, the linen, the pool service, the photos. We don’t keep a quietly-worse direct experience to push you back to the platforms.

If you’ve already started a booking on a platform, message us with the dates and we’ll match the rate net of fees. The platform fee is the only difference.
