01 · Arrival
A walled gate. A keypad. The villa is yours.
Self check-in by keypad — codes go out twenty-four hours before arrival. The compound is in Jomtien, Pattaya’s quieter southern district. Henry’s local team — Fern, Ren, and Albert — is a message away.

02 · Two saltwater pools
Both saltwater. Both with lighting and jacuzzi jets.
The Indigo wing has the main saltwater pool — a long deck, full-height glass to the living room, remote-controlled lighting and jacuzzi jets. The Cerulean wing’s triangle pool is bigger than it looks in photos. Saltwater feels different from chlorine; by day three the group will notice. The cleaning team services both pools twice weekly.

03 · Soaking tubs and marble baths
Copper tubs in Indigo. Dual-basin marble in Cerulean.
Indigo has two soaking tubs — the main-floor master with a copper tub set against full-height marble walls, and a second upstairs. Cerulean’s master bath runs dual-basin marble with an LED mirror and brass fittings. Slippers, throws, and orchids are stocked at turn-down. Towels are oversized.

04 · The living rooms
Eighteen people fit before dinner is served.
Imported custom furniture in the living and dining areas of each wing. Full-height sliding glass that opens the living room onto the pool deck. When booked as The Compound, the connecting passage opens between the wings — one continuous indoor-outdoor space for a family of eighteen.

05 · Two kitchens
Cook for The Compound, or split the house in half.
Each wing has a fully outfitted kitchen — stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full cookware and dishware. Place settings for ten in Indigo and eight in Cerulean. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. Tops supermarket is a fifteen-minute walk; convenience-store delivery arrives in about fifteen minutes.

06 · Where everyone sleeps
Nine bedrooms. Smart TV, premium linens, AC in each.
Indigo: four kings (one main-floor master with walk-in shower and soaking tub; three upstairs, one of which has a second soaking tub) plus the entertainment room with a double sofa bed and ensuite walk-in shower. Cerulean: ground-floor queen with private bathroom, master suite upstairs with en-suite, and two king rooms upstairs sharing a bathroom.

07 · The KTV
On the Indigo side. A 100-inch screen and six languages.
A 100-inch projector, a professional karaoke sound system, and a track library that runs in Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, English, and Japanese. Acoustically separated from the bedrooms upstairs — sing as late as you want. Most evenings end here. We rarely get noise complaints.

08 · The courtyard
Putting green, cornhole, palm trees, hibiscus.
Indigo’s courtyard has the putting green and cornhole. Pool floats deployed and ready. Yoga mats and resistance bands available in both wings. On-call Thai massage is available — message at booking. All add-ons at additional cost, billed separately.

08 · Honest
What we’ve intentionally left out.
No daily housekeeping.
Pool service comes twice a week; otherwise the place is yours.
No on-site staff during your stay.
We’re a message away whenever you need us.
No beachfront.
We’re three kilometers inland — the trade for privacy and quiet.
No pre-stocked groceries or bottled water.
Convenience stores deliver fast; Tops is a fifteen-minute walk.
This is an Airbnb, not a hotel — and that’s the point. You get the entire villa to yourselves.
09 · Layout
Two wings, behind one walled gate.
When booked as The Compound, the gate between the wings opens — one continuous property for the group. When booked as wings, each side has its own pool, courtyard, and entrance.
