We’re in Jomtien — the quieter southern district of Pattaya. Three kilometers inland from the beach. That’s the trade for a walled gate and no one bothering anyone outside it.

About 5 minutes by Grab: Walking Street (3 km north), Jomtien Beach (3 km south).

15 to 20 minutes by car: Sanctuary of Truth, Pattaya Floating Market, Mimosa Pattaya, Pattaya Park Tower.

Walkable: Tops supermarket is a fifteen-minute walk. 7-Eleven and Family Mart deliver in about fifteen minutes — Grab works fine on our wifi.

Day trips (30–60 min): Koh Larn ferry from Bali Hai Pier, Khao Chi Chan, the markets along the coast.

This is not the right villa for you if you want to walk to the beach. It is the right villa if you want a private compound where your group can sleep, swim, sing, and eat without bothering anyone.
