Within 48 hours of booking · check-in 14+ days away
100% refund. The grace window for booker’s remorse.
More than 7 days before check-in
50% refund of the nightly rate. The cleaning fee, if charged, is refunded in full.
Within 7 days of check-in
No refund. The dates are too close to re-book.
Force majeure
Full refund on documented visa denial, government travel ban, or medical emergency. We need a copy of the official document.
Airbnb’s policy includes additional protections (extenuating circumstances) that apply automatically to bookings made through the platform. For direct bookings, message us early if your dates need flexibility — we’d rather agree the terms in advance than fight a policy after.
