Yes, with prior approval. Cerulean (the four-bedroom wing) is the side we market as pet-friendly. The five-bedroom Indigo wing accepts pets on request as well. Either way, we want to know about your dog before you book.

The reason is simple. We’re a small owner-led property in Jomtien, not a chain. Approving pets up front means the cleaning team can prep accordingly, and we can flag anything in the house you’ll want to know about. There’s no separate pet fee published. The standard $1,000 refundable deposit on Cerulean is the same whether you bring a dog or not.

Message at booking with the breed, the weight, and a sentence on temperament. We say yes to most well-mannered dogs. We say no to anything that’s going to be unhappy in a quiet residential street with neighbors next door.

Jomtien is the quieter southern district of Pattaya. The street the villa sits on is residential, walkable, and shaded in stretches. It’s the part of Pattaya where actual families live, not the strip.

Jomtien Beach is roughly three kilometers south, about five minutes by Grab. The beach itself is dog-tolerant in the early morning and after sunset, especially at the Dongtan end. Plenty of locals walk dogs on the sand at those hours. Daytime in high heat, you’ll want to be back at the pool.

For vets, there are several reputable small-animal clinics in central Pattaya, ten to fifteen minutes by Grab from the gate. Some have English-speaking staff. We keep an updated shortlist and send it on request before arrival, so you have it on the phone before you need it.

Three reasons. The gate, the pool deck, and the layout.

The wing is fully walled. One front gate, one front door, a courtyard wrapping the pool that the dog can’t leave from. There’s no shared corridor, no other guests passing through, no reception lobby to negotiate. When you book Cerulean, the gate between the two wings stays closed and locked. Indigo is on its own side.

The triangle saltwater pool is the wedge of this wing. Saltwater is gentler if a dog ends up in it (it will). The deck around the pool is generous. There’s shaded space on the courtyard side and full sun on the deck side, so a dog can choose.

Inside, the main floor is hardwood and tile. The queen bedroom and the main living space sit on the ground floor, which means a dog doesn’t need to take stairs. Upstairs there’s a master suite with en-suite and two king rooms sharing a bathroom. Smart TV in every bedroom, AC throughout, premium linens. No soaking tubs in this wing — those are in Indigo.

Pet stays are the kind of booking where you want to talk to a person, not a platform.

On Airbnb or Booking, the pet field is a checkbox. The fee is a generic line item. If your dog gets sick on day two and you need a vet recommendation at 11 PM, you’re messaging through a platform inbox that may or may not be read by the host before morning.

Direct, you’re messaging the people who own the property. Henry hosts with a local team in Pattaya — Fern, Ren, and Albert. Replies are typically within an hour, often within minutes, twenty-four hours a day. We can send the vet shortlist, call ahead, or arrange a driver.
